Please complete the parking decal form below and be sure you have reviewed the Parking, Traffic Safety policies.

There is no charge for a parking decal; the cost is covered through tuition and fees.

After submitting the form, bring a valid picture ID and vehicle registration to the University Police Office at Pacer Downs where you will be issued a decal. 

Submission of this form does not complete the registration of your vehicle. You must pick up your decal from University Police and display it properly on your vehicle.

Normal office hours are 8:30 a.m.-11:00 p.m. on weekdays and 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Exceptions to these hours may occur on holidays and during breaks.
