Campus Safety

Please complete the parking decal request form below and ensure that you have reviewed the parking and traffic safety policies.

There is no charge for a parking decal.

Submission of this form does not complete the registration of your vehicle. You must pick up your decal from University Police and display it properly on your vehicle.

After submitting the form, bring a valid picture ID and your vehicle registration to the University Police Office at Pacer Downs where you will be issued a decal. 

Normal office hours are 8:30 a.m.-11:00 p.m. on weekdays and 5:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Exceptions to these hours may occur on holidays and during breaks.
