Requirements

All graduate applicants must submit the following items:

Graduate application with a $45 application fee
Official transcripts from all universities attended (Form)
Three (3) letters of recommendation (Form)
Proof of immunization (Form)
Proof of citizenship (Form)

Official transcripts are sent directly from your institution to Graduate Admissions or submitted as a hardcopy in an envelope sealed by your institution. Transcripts sent by the student are not considered official. Electronic copies sent by the student are also not official. Please have electronic transcripts sent directly by the university to [email protected].
