Visitors to the Penland Administration building are welcome to park in the Visitor spaces in the circle in front of the building, or in white-lined spaces.

All Yellow-lined spaces on campus are reserved for Faculty/Staff, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 2 pm.
Visitors to campus may park without a parking pass in any non-Housing lot in white-lined spaces until 12:00 Midnight, and until 2:00 AM Friday and Saturday. All unidentified/ unregistered (with no USCA decal) vehicles on campus will be booted or towed Sunday-Thursday 12:00 Midnight to 6:30 AM, and on Friday and Saturday 2:00 AM to 6:30 AM, at the owner’s expense.
Visitors to Campus Housing may only park in Lot D, and the same rules and hours apply as above. An Overnight Guest of a Resident student must come to University Police together with their host, to obtain an Overnight Guest Parking Pass. A Resident may not obtain a Guest Parking Pass for a member of the opposite sex. Overnight Guests must park in Lot D. The Guest and Resident Host must each show a valid picture ID. Additionally, the Guest must present the vehicle registration.
Motorcycles, scooters, and mopeds do not require a decal; however, they must be parked only at cycle pads. There are designated motorcycle parking spaces at each of the housing areas for Residents, by the Gregg-Graniteville Library, and the Student Activities Center.
Violators of any of the USCA Parking policies above are subject to fines and/or towing. If your vehicle is booted or towed, please contact USCA University Police at 648-4011 or stop by the Station. We’re open 24/7.
