USC Aiken now uses Paloalto GlobalProtect for VPN access.
Faculty, Staff, and Students should now use GlobalProtect for off-campus access to university network resources from their personal or campus-owned computers.
If you have any questions about VPN, or experience issues while using it, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
To access on-campus resources (J-drive, K-drive, etc) from off-campus, you’ll need to install a VPN (Virtual Private Network) client. USC Aiken currently uses the PaltoAlto GlobalProtect Agent for VPN access.
Please follow the instructions below to install the GlobalProtect agent on your campus-owned or personally-owned system. If you need help with the installation or have a problem, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
