Captain Isaiah Hines, USAF
Captain Hines is an Officer Training Instructor with the 217th Training Squadron, Officer Training School, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. He is responsible for the education and training of newly accessed officers.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Captain Hines is a 2016 graduate of The University of South Carolina Aiken and earned his commission through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Detachment 775 (University of South Carolina) graduating with a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology. Captain Hines commissioned as Contracting Officer and has currently been selected to train and develop the next generation of Air Force officers. In addition to his military duties, Captain Hines is the founder of the nonprofit organization Higher Level Leadership (HLL) which is dedicated to the development of the next generation of minority leaders.
Thus far in his career he has deployed to Joint Task Force Bravo ( JTF-B), Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, in 2018 as the Executive Officer of the JTF-B Commander. At JTF-B he supported humanitarian assistance and disaster relief for seven countries in the Central America region operating under the United States Southern Command.
