The Etherredge Center

General

Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
The Etherredge Center will contact you either by phone, letter, or both.
The lobby will open one hour prior to a performance. Patron seating will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Patrons may arrive at either one of these times.  
Patrons are allowed into the theatre during breaks for applause only. Some patrons may be asked to wait until intermission if their arrival time exceeds 30-45 minutes after the performance has begun.

Also, late-comer seating may be at the discretion of the artist by contract.
Yes, it is located in the Etherredge Center Box Office (Please refer to the Etherredge Center staff).
No food or beverage are not allowed in the theatre.
For most of the performances, photography and/or recording devices are not allowed. Please check with the Etherredge Center staff upon arrival.
Due to the fire code of the facility standing is not allowed in the theatre. Everyone must have a seat and a ticket, even infants. Contact the box office for further details.

Parking

You can park in either Parking Lots C or D located on either side of the building.
Yes, please notify the box office when you need to drop someone off at the door. Access to the front entrance is limited and may require additional assistance.
Parking Lot C or around the traffic circle is recommended for wheelchair patrons. Seating will be in Section 4 on the left or right side of the theatre. (Please contact the Etherredge Center box office to make arrangements for accessible seating).

Ticketing

Purchase tickets online or through the box office.
Tickets may be purchased online, at the box office, or over the phone.
Ticket fees are charged to help the Etherredge Center pay the Vendor (Audience View) for their services.
Tickets may be picked up from the box office during regular business hours or if purchased at home, tickets can be printed.
No, all ticket sales are final (Please contact the box office with your question or concern).
The Etherredge Center accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover ) cash, and checks.
Yes, group rates are available upon request. Please contact the box office.
Yes, anyone purchasing tickets for an event gets to select their seats.

Accessibility

Yes, please request Section 4 when contacting the box office. (this section has no steps)
Yes, each ticket holder is allowed one companion seat in Section 4.
Yes, please visit the box office with your request.
Handicapped seating needs to be obtained at least two weeks prior to the event if not sooner. Seating is very limited in Section 4, and may be completely sold the week of a performance.
