Customer Service Matters Workshop

EVERY single person within an organization is on the customer service team. While our individual responsibilities may differ, our collective goal is the same: provide our customers with the most amazing experience possible. Why is that important? Because they are the reason we have a job!

In partnership with The Right Click, a 15-year-old learning and development company based in the CSRA, we would like you to join us as we discuss the principles of customer service for frontline employees. Understand the difference between our purpose and our role in our organization. Learn how to anticipate, meet, and exceed our customer’s expectations.
