AN OPEN LETTER TO OUR CLL AND CONTINUING EDUCATION FRIENDS
I would like to apologize to you all for the production problems we have had with the catalog for our upcoming semester of amazing courses with the Center for Lifelong Learning and Continuing Education here at USC Aiken. Unfortunately, there is not one thing that we can point to as the defining issue, rather this has been a kind of “perfect storm” of problems that has led to the catalogs being late to everyone’s mailboxes. I want to assure you that our staff has been analyzing each step of our process, and we have a plan in place to ensure that this doesn’t happen again with our next catalog.
Once more, let me say that I am sorry for the inconvenience to all of you in the delays with the catalog. I speak for all of our staff when I say that we appreciate your interest and participation in Continuing Education at USC Aiken, and we look forward to having you with us in the upcoming semester.
