Aiken Partnership Scholarship Awards for the School of Education

Criteria

Betty Miller Galardi Endowed Scholarship

Special Education Major; Junior or Senior Student; GPA of 3.0 or greater; Recommendations will be made by the School of Education Dean. You must enroll full-time each semester in your program of study.

Delta Kappa Gamma, Beta Delta Chapter Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is to provide support to a fulltime, degree-seeking student majoring in education and should have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and should be of junior or senior standing.

Eric Montrell Stallings Education Scholarship

Education major; GPA of at least a 2.75; student must be enrolled in the Call Me Mister program. You must enroll at least part-time each semester in your program of study.

Irene Y. Curtis Multicultural Scholarship

Multi-Cultural, Full-time degree-seeking student with GPA of 3.0 or higher; preference to Education major; preference to a male student. You must enroll full-time each semester in your program of study.

 Linda Dianne Endler Memorial Scholarship

Early Childhood Education or Special Education Major; full-time degree seeking student from South Carolina; possess qualities of leadership and integrity; 3.0 GPA; can be used for tuition, on-campus housing, books, transportation costs associated with student teaching or misc expenses. You must enroll full-time each semster in your program of study.

Margaret Riedell Children's Literature Scholarship Endowment

Elementary Education major; student should be accepted into the Professional Program and have excelled in the Children's Literature Course; recommendations should be made by the Junior Block Education faculty. You must enroll full-time each semester in your program of study.

Martha E. Unkel Memorial Scholarship Fund

This scholarship provides support to an early Childhood Education major; Sophomore, Junior or Senior; Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater; Recommendation from School of Education

Sherri McDaniel Jenik Endowed Scholarship for Special Education

Full-time, degree-seeking students who are majoring in special education; GPA 2.5 or better. You must enroll full-time each semester in your program of study.

Blanche King Rutland Memorial Scholarship

Preference to Secondary Education major (History concentration) or related subject; Cumulative GPR of 3.0 or greater or SAT of 850 or greater; Preference to financial need. You must enroll full-time each semester in your program of study

Elizabeth S. Bell Memorial Scholarship

Preference to non-traditional female student; Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior; 3.0 GPA or greater; Preference may be given to students based on financial need. You must enroll full-time each semester in your program of study.

Emma Salley Education Scholarship

Education major; Preference to students from Salley, SC area; Preference to students with financial need. You must enroll full-time each semester in your program of study.

 Huffer Endowed Scholarship in Education Fund

This scholarship shall be awarded to a full-time, degree-seeking student(s) majoring in education. Preference is given to recipient(s) with financial need.

Prude McCord-Ioneene Huggins Memorial Educ Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is to provide support to a student who is a junior education major. Preference given to an academically outstanding student who is an Aiken County resident and displays documented financial need.

Scholarship amounts are dependent on number of awards and available funds.
