Summer Camps and Conferences Housing Information 

University Housing will be offering accommodations between May 14, 2017 and July 29, 2017.

Eligibility for Summer Housing

Group Housing applies to all groups who have a single organization making payment for summer accommodations.

Groups may include interns, sports camps, or outside conferences that are billed on one invoice. 

Accommodations

Participants may be housed in Pacer Commons or Pacer Crossings.

Summer Housing Reservations:

Groups must complete and submit the Group Request Form to reserve dates for their summer stay.

Once University Housing receives this request, the group's contact person will be notified of the availability of the requested dates.  Further information will be sent once reservation is confirmed.

Changes/Cancellation of Contract

All changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing via fax (803-641-3785) or email (housing@usca.edu) no later than 3 days prior to the group's reservation check-in date.  Failure to cancel requests for Summer Housing will result in a late cancellation fee of $150. 

Assignments

Groups that wish to assign their own participants to specific rooms/roommates may do so.  These assignments must be turned into University Housing either prior to arrival or within 24 hours after arrival.

Groups that wish to have University Housing assign room/roommates must send in name and gender information of their participants at least one week prior to arrival.

Check-in/Check-out Information

Each group must schedule a set time for check-in and check-out for their groups at least three days prior to their arrival.

Additional fees will be itemized on the invoice for rooms that are damaged or left dirty upon check-out.  These fees are the responsibility of the group.  .

University Housing and USC Aiken Policies

All USC Aiken and University Housing policies contained within the 2016-2017 Community Guide book will remain in effect throughout the summer.  Failure to comply may result in immediate removal.

Group leaders will receive a copy of the Community Guide upon check-in.

Payments

Groups are required to make payment within 30 days of received invoice unless arrangements are made prior to arrival.

Invoices will be considered late 45 days after invoice date.

Rates

Rates are dependent on reservation requests and will be agreed upon once reservation is confirmed.
