Senior Celebration Brunch

USC Aiken faculty and staff are invited to congratulate members of the Class of 2018 at a brunch in their honor. The Senior Celebration Brunch will be held Thursday, December 13 at 10:30 a.m. in the Convocation Center Practice Gyms.

Please RSVP by December 6, 2018. You WILL NOT receive a paper ticket, but your name will appear on the RSVP list after registering online. All faculty and staff are entitled to one admission to the Brunch.

Ceremony Details

The USC Aiken December 2018 Convocation ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 13, at 6:00 p.m., in the USC Aiken Convocation Center.  Faculty attending the ceremony should be in proper academic regalia.  Please meet at 5:15 p.m. in the locker room area (Rooms 152, 157 - Women; Rooms 149, 150 - Men) of the Convocation Center to robe and assemble for the procession. 

Faculty should enter through the BACK RIGHT DOOR (if you are FACING THE BUILDING) - not the front entrance.

Tickets ARE REQUIRED for guests of faculty for the May Commencement ceremony.

Doors to the arena will be closed at 5:45 p.m.; the processional will begin at 5:50 p.m. 

The Faculty Processional line up is single file.  Faculty should line up in order of rank.  Chairs should be filled one row at a time, beginning at the front. 

Children should not accompany faculty if the faculty member plans to participate in the processional and sit in the faculty section. Cellular phones and/or electronic devices should be turned off.
